Our Muscle Relief blend contains camphor, peppermint, rosemary, eucalyptus, ginger, and cedar wood blended in alcohol-free witch hazel with skin-safe ingredients to make sure the oils stay evenly mixed and to extend the shelf-life of the spray. The result is a potent blend of natural ingredients. Test the spray or salve on a small patch of skin to be sure you do not experience irritation before using broadly.
